That *is* a tweaked localization though.  A literal translation would've been something like "Tohoku University Institute of Development and Aging: Supervised by Professor Kawashima: Brain Training DS Training for Adults".

Nope, he's correct. Rogue Galaxy is a Level 5 game.

You are confusing it with Star Wars Rogue Squadron/Leader I think, which are the games from Factor 5.
