Harry Potter is being fully converted into 3d aswell. So that should increase its box office further. It should also get an increase because its the last book. Though part 2 will probably gets the lions share of that increase.

It seems like Avatar is making all these studios jump on the 3D bandwagon. It will be interesting to see how Harry Potter 7 Part 1 and 2 do in the theaters since it's in two parts.

Well the effect on the Harry Potter movies wont be as large as Avatar (which made like 70% of its gross in 3d screens), the vast majority should still be made in 2d for potter largely because the movies were shot in 2d and then converted to the 3d format which means it most likely wont be anywhere near as impressive. But it will still help.

The Road and Kick Ass have a good chance to break that fifth spot.

What? Are you serious? The Road? That came out last year and barely made any money at the box office. Kick Ass should be a great, but it will take a lot to get the fifth spot, but it's highly possible.

I don't know crap about Avatar but I hope that movie is awesome in quality and makes like a billion dollars at the box office.

It'll show people that investing a lot of money into a live action adaptation of a modern cartoon and getting a good director and high production values can be a success.  If Avatar is huge, I think it'll open the door for another globally popular cartoon about kid ninjas with magic powers to get a high quality live-action treatment.  Anything that leads to that movie getting made is a great thing.

Theres next to no chance The Last Airbender will make 1 billion at the box office. Stranger things have happened but I just don't see it.

From what I seen from the trailers it looks to be a high quality movie. There investing a lot of money into this and there actually planning a trilogy, it's going to be a big series on screen.
