If the story is good and the voice acting is too (voice acting seemed pretty good in the trailer) then they can have as many cutscenes as they like; can't wait for this game

But on topic...you dont have to have hours and hours of cutscenes to make a good game.. Uncharted 2 had 90 mins of cutscenes..
600 in XIII is good news for JRPG fans on this site I guess....you guys enjoy

For me its Story > Gameplay. I actually watched my brother beat 7, 8 and 10 before even playing them myself, I honestly don't care about gameplay in Final Fantasy games. Its a good bonus though.
