anyway how do talk to other people with the headset liek I connected it and started playin gta 4 online and some guy was talking to me and i talked back and he replied but then it got cut off.....like he could hear me but i couldn't hear him....and its not my headset its either idid it wrong or his headset cause i played nhl 09 before it worked fine....

If you want to talk to someone the easiest way to do it is to go to their name on either your friends list or your recent players list, select their name and then invite them to a party.
