2012 is fine by me, even if your 'evidence' is flimsy at best

Still, if Epic want UE4 ready for the next generation of consoles' launch, we can assume the next generation will start in 2012 at the very earliest.

I'm more curious to see if Sony will succeed in getting good 3D stereoscopic functionality built into UE4. I doubt they would just sit back and not try to have it implemented in some way.

A 2013 launch is more plausible, considering that's only the engine and you gotta develop a game after your engine is made...
