With all this talk about how Natal is better than the Wii (based on that one minute of video footage I could muster) it had better be above the Wii. You'd figure after the Wii has been on the market in four different years, Natal has to be.

No, that was added in for effect by the rather biased person who made the video.
From what I have seen of both Natal and Sony’s wand neither seem to be implicitly better than what is already available on the Wii; and realistically, they each have some advantages over the Wiimote that (at best) are mostly balanced out by their own limitations. To be entirely fair though, it is possible that Sony or Microsoft could show off some impressive stuff at E3 and GDC; but it is also possible that as time goes on and more information is released neither system will become particularly impressive.
