From what I have seen of both Natal and Sony’s wand neither seem to be implicitly better than what is already available on the Wii; and realistically, they each have some advantages over the Wiimote that (at best) are mostly balanced out by their own limitations. To be entirely fair though, it is possible that Sony or Microsoft could show off some impressive stuff at E3 and GDC; but it is also possible that as time goes on and more information is released neither system will become particularly impressive.
