Why does it matter? Sega f*cked up HVS. I might still get the game but, Tournament of Legends? WTf?

Multiplatform means the design takes the varied systems into account, at least if the games are roughly the same version. Ports are taking a game made without that system in mind and trying to make it fit.
Imagine if Dead Rising had been made for the 360 and the Wii at the same time. The design sure as hell would have taken both systems into account.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Mini Ninjas was already Wii lead and upscaled for HD. It'll be the same deal for Sengoku Basara 3.

Okay, so there is precedent for this.
And now I wonder if this was the case for the Lego games.

meh too many great games coming out this year anyway and 2011 is along way off by then we probably won't even care anymore about this game.
Conduit was a letdown the revised Gladiator game looks awful,Grinder will most likely end up as another mediocre game anyway.

Well, those were PS2 lead originally, but I wouldn't be surprised if they shifted to Wii lead at this point.

BTW, I looked and Mini Ninjas sold about 150K on each of the HD systems, and 200K on the Wii.
