I thought it was annoying I had to spend ages in combat stacking up magic to buff my gear. Is it really nescessary? (or is there a better way :P?) |
Play Triple Triad, it allows you access to pretty much all the best items in the game.
Get the Item to Magic skills from GF's
Start owning xD
This method can net you 100 Tornado's, Water's, -Ga level magics, Meteor, Double, Triple, Auras, Meltdown, Pain. You name it.
In the first 10 hours of the game, you'll become a beast for the rest of the game.

That sounds totally imbalanced to me :P
I WILL exploit it, thanks for the tip =D

It's is extremely inbalanced, even more if you consider the fact that I had the Lionheart for Squall before even reaching Galbadia Garden XD

Ah, it will be a nice breeze after just completing FFIV on DS (that game is just too hard : / )
I love when you have the option to make your party imba early on, I hate it when I want to progress the story I have to grind 2 hours to beat some stupidly hard boss <.<

I agree, but pretty much every FF in existance has a way to get Imbalanced in the early stages of the game, you just have to know how.
I haven't played FFIV on the DS, but I have played the FFIV JP fan translated version for SNES, which pretty much is the hardest FF to this date (haven't played FFXIII to see if the difficulty praises are true), but even it had some way to be imbalanced from the start (Heck, Cecil himself is pretty imbalanced with his Dark Knight Powers)
