I didn't rate the quality of this guy's journalism earlier, and I have even less respect for him now after he effectively says in this article that people are not entitled to an opinion if it differs from his (cf. "I'm telling you that Mass Effect 2 is better than Uncharted 2. I need you to accept this.")...

I haven't played ME2 so I can't really comment other then saying Uncharted 2 is amazing so it must be a great game.

Uncharted 2 is old news. 3 months ago that game was released. Gamers move on very quickly. New games are released all the time. Final Fantasy XIII and God of War 3 will be released soon and Mass effect 2 will become yesterday's news.

Two play throughs of Uncharted 2 (Hard and Crushing) single campaign and the game is almost done with when you have the Platinum trophy. Finding those 100 treasures without a guide would take a very long time. Multi-player extends the game but it gets boring very quickly just like most online shooter games. Only two trophies are available in Uncharted 2's multi-player.

I own both Mass Effect 2 and Uncharted 2. I have played Uncharted 2 and passed it on Hard mode but no Plat yet (going back to find all treasures and play through on Crushing Mode). Just bought Mass effect 2 and have not played it yet. Playing through Mass effect first again to get a 60 level character because I want to start Mass effect 2 with a good character.

It sucks, you lose money for leaving, its impossible to aim the game, the AK has accuracy like a MG42 on a treadmill.

It may be over-rated for you,I can let that part live,but the graphics still haven't been surpassed by ANY console game so far. The attention to detail in that game is unparalled but you just think "its colourful, thats all".

Did we play the same game ? What did you see when you got to the top of that rooftop in Nepal ? Did you see how beautiful Shambala was ?

One time I died because I was looking at the environment and not on the action going on..Chapter 4 when you're running away from Flynn's men...

I agree to some extent, since Im a big Mass Effect fan, To each his own I guess

and Its just great to see both 360 and ps3 have a killer app to go up against each other
