Not genius... but the best of those three is Kojima, if only for MGS3, which is his masterpiece.

Fumito Ueda is a truly a God developer.. A man that can express emotions and tell a story with little to no dialog. His games are so the only games so far that are really Soul felt. I love tri-Ace but still consider them just games as but Fumito Ueda is beyond that. I love that man

Though I really enjoy what Kojima has done with MGS and think these games are awesome, Both team Ico games just give a whole greater experience to me than the rest of the games, so I pick Ueda.

Oh, I thought the poll was about which one is the most artistic, so I voted for Ueda. But if we're just talking purely about which one's games I like more, I'd have to go with Kojima.

It's the game with David Bowie in it.  He played 2 characters in the game, did some exclusive tracks for the game (which he later re-did for his 1999 album hours...), and allegedly helped a little bit with the story.
