Omikron is a game by David Cage's team Quantic Dream. It was an adventure title, a tad different from HEAVY RAIN and Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit.

In short, that's why it's on the list.

Because all other games in that list are famous for something

It's the game with David Bowie in it.  He played 2 characters in the game, did some exclusive tracks for the game (which he later re-did for his 1999 album hours...), and allegedly helped a little bit with the story.
