What ever happened to the DS version of De Blob?

Why 2011? I want it this year!. Though I hope they do more than just a regualar I give you some new game play mechanics and more levels. I hope they make it diffrent or I won't get the game
aside from the humping issue, it was a great game. I'm really hoping the sequel will use M+. If instead of just shaking the wiimote down to jump, you could actually direct de blob's jumps in any direction with the M+, that would really open up the platforming possibilities.
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.
Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Yes, great idea!
I like the concept of using M+ to direct the direction of jump if accurately portrayed. However I feel they will probably just go with a button press and hopefully focus on crazy level design with simple and very difficult challenges for gamers of all skill levels :)

Well in the article it states, "THQ is rolling out the sequels in fiscal year 2012, with releases planned for Saints Row 3, a Darksiders sequel, and a follow-up to the Wii-exclusive hit de Blob." Fiscal Year 2012 = April 2011 to March 2012. |
“Our de Blob franchise will be back again in fiscal 2011. We successfully launched this highly-rated franchise in fiscal 2009 to broad, critical acclaim.” – THQ president and CEO Brian Farrell source
so Fiscal Year 2011 = April 2010 - March 2011???
i REEEAALLY hope this is true :D
