now i just finished reading the IGN review !
this part is funny:"Although it's possible to create your own combos out of individual actions and assign those combos to slots on the action palette, the White Knight Chronicles battle system ultimately boils down to one thing: waiting. Every action is governed by the Command Circle, which is essentially a cool-down meter near the middle of the screen. Players must wait for this circle to fill up before executing an action, then wait again after the action is performed -- and the wait times are almost always the same."

i mean WTF is reviewer thinking ??? why didnt they give FFXII a 5 ? Waiting ?? what did he expect? a bayonetta gameplay or Call of duty style game ?!!!

These are dark times for JRPGS ! :(

I should be getting wkc in the next few hours. I'm still beyond hyped for it. I was expecting it to get low scores because every jrpg this gen has. I read the reviews and most of the complaints seem like bs to me. I'll be my own jugde of a good game.

you know that is a good example, whoever brought it up... why did XII score so highly while not having an online mode, createable characters, etc... and all?

i'll tell you why... franchise name... XII was a Final Fantasy, this is a New IP... you know what... fuck IGN and gamespot and god knows who else, pfft its only a single mans opinion after all.

usualy if i'm interested in a game but it gets low reviews from critics i look to the user reviews and if the user reviews are respectable i still look into the game but if the people who bought the game after it got low reviews(the fans) didn't like it its a good indication i wont i'm still waiting on this one as i dont usualy buy games right away anyway 60 bucks is a lot =/ so i'm still on the fence.

Define "masterpiece" would you? because as Euphoria has stated many of times, it has traits to wkc, and look what happened.
