I have notice that this is a huge topic in the US if not everywhere. I am not gay. For the longest time, i have been a huge hater against homosexuality due to my religion, but since i am not a Christian anymore, i have looked at gays with much more respect. They are just like us. the only difference is what turns them on sexually.

hardly, but you dont really need to, we dont get denied any rights for being straight, so we have no reason to complain really, also, i dont know of anyone who hates straight people (heterophobia as it were) so tbh, gay/bi people have more reason to be vocal about there lifestyle as there are thoose that would deny them rights and persecute them for what they do, imo we should give all people the same rights regardless of there orientation or how uncomfortable it makes people who belive some ancient dogma.
