Forums - PC Discussion - Capcom Submitted An Okami Courier To DOTA 2s Workshop

Tagged games:

A rather interesting item has appeared in the DOTA 2 Steam Workshop. Capcom has submitted a design for a courier character that resembles Okami’s Amaterasu. People can favorite it, add it to their collection, and vote to say whether or not they would like to see Amaterasu officially added and supported to DOTA 2.

In DOTA 2, a courier is a unit that works for the team and delivers items from the shop. This would mean players would be able to see Amaterasu delivering items to their team in the game.

This likely is a result of a marketing/advertising collaboration similar to SE's FF Type-0 Chocobo Courier in DOTA2 when Type-0 was coming out on Steam especially since Okami HD is coming to Steam.

Not the PS4 one with the original theme that every Okami fan gets?

Besides I want to buy all third party titles on Steam.

I'm surprised it wasn't automatically included as a pre-order incentive. The chocobo courier that people got with Type-0 is being sold for $1-2 on the market nowadays, so this one would go for a similar price if it were bundled with pre-orders.

Good advertisement tactic.
