Seems kind of silly to even bother with the PC version, to be honest. You can already apply some amazing HD mods that do all the cool stuff anyways. It's a nice gesture, at the least.

I'll be interested to see if the special edition will bring any fixes or optimizations or features that modders can make use of. Could be intereting as a resource for modders.

Currently the complete bundle including the game and the 3 DLCs costs 36€. I'm gonna assume this gets slashed at least in half in the summer sale. Good thing console gaming is so extremely cheap or else people couldn't afford the 60€ version.

I nabbed the Legendary Edition during the Winter 2014 Steam Sale for about $11. I dunno how cheap it got in Europe money, but I imagine still significantly less than 36€. It should be super cheap during any Steam sale at this point.
