I nabbed the Legendary Edition during the Winter 2014 Steam Sale for about $11. I dunno how cheap it got in Europe money, but I imagine still significantly less than 36€. It should be super cheap during any Steam sale at this point.

Well, it wouldn't be a stretch to suspect that they won't slash the price too hard after this announcement.
