No Spoilers Please.

Homeworld has been one of my faverite video game franchises since the 90s, it has offered some of the best Sci-Fi RTS gameplay iv played, even today the orginials hold up very well and i cant think of many games after it that have beaten its gameplay design (If you know any, please let me know)

I have just picked up Deserts Of Kharak and so far i am loving it. I am about half way though the campaign and i must say this franchise still holds up very well. Those who have played the Orginials and Deserts, what are your thoughts?

Apart form little differences with the controls and afew camera issues i tend to have, i think so far the game is amazing, best game iv played so far this year (Could change opinion once i finish it)

Hopeing they release Catacylsm soon as part of the Remastered Collection.

EDITED - To add IGN's review.

Around the Network

I bought it a few hours before midnight on the 19th after reading/watching reviews. When I tried to pre-load it and it was already the 20th in my timezone (UK), I couldn't play it till 5pm but already by then I was getting into Dragons Dogma so I'll end up giving DoK a shot next week.

That said I have noticed some issues with the game so far like the lack of a decent number of units, 5 maps in total along with the AI acting a bit like champ (seen TB and other reviewers easily stomp the AI even on the hardest setting). I do hope that Blackbird Interactive patches in more content and fixes over time, especially since Petroglyph is still throwing fixes and maps to their game Grey Goo.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

I vaguely remember playing the 90s version around the same time I started to learn how to jackoff. Maybe that's why I can barely remember the game.

Very smooth game this, very action packed in the multiplayer bouts.
