Nintendo has held a presentation at the GameStop conference this week. The company announced a new 3DS XL that looks like an NES controller. The new 3DS XL will be hitting store shelves on October 10.

Nintendo also announced they will be releasing a purple Persona 3DS XL. However, Persona Q will be sold separately. It also appears both 3DS XL's will be exclusive to GameStop.
