Forums - Gaming Discussion - Why is heterosexuality the norm?

NolSinkler said:
Because babies. Obviously heterosexuality is beneficial for babies. A majority homosexual population will have problems with making babies. Simple stuff.

Check and check. There's not much more of a simpler way to explain this.

Oh, Kirby... do you still not know which threads go where?

The true answer is that scientifically the penis is made to enter the vagina.. women produce feminine estrogen, men produce manly testosterone.... Scientifically they are meant to go together that's why it is the norm lol.. Im bi tho.. so I clearly don't follow the norm and support anyone who is different than the norm :)

Estrogens (as in plural) [Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol] are not exclusive to women, nor is testosterone exclusive to men. For example, estradiol is actually made from testosteron by enzyme estrogen synthetase. Sperm actually has quite high levels of estrogens etc.

What I'm trying to say is that all hormons are present in both sexes. Women have excess of estrognes, while men have excess of testosteron, but to say that one or other are exclusive to either sex is wrong.

I'm just correcting you, since you stated that women produce feminine estrogen... which is not completely true. And you should be aware that actual levels on estrogen rise as men age, also obese people  have higher levels of estrogen... And some recent studies link estrogen imbalance with prostate cancer.

Just because it produces offspring.

does that make it right to hate on gay people?

they only increase your chances on finding a chick to bang!

No, it never makes it right to hate Gay people.

I always wished every other guy turned gay actually, I'd be the only man around that would be interested in woman! (assuming Bisexuals would not exist)

Seriously, why limit yourself to think people are gay or hetero is a narrow view, there are many shades in this world and some people change their preferences over time, like your taste evolve in everything else, it will always happen so people may as well accept it.

Well said sexy :) haha@

CheeseWhizz with technology we lose common sense. I believe that just like autism, down syndrome, etc men and women can be born with some kind of defect that makes them physically a male or female when born but through time think and act like the opposite sex and should just have sex changes. However I believe its small population of the world around 5 percent. The other 5 percent just have a sex addiction. I mean have you seen women that date women their is always one that looks and acts like a dude. I always think if you are lesbian why are dating a woman that looks and act like a dude? Wouldn't that mean you are straight?
