Estrogens (as in plural) [Estrone, Estradiol, Estriol] are not exclusive to women, nor is testosterone exclusive to men. For example, estradiol is actually made from testosteron by enzyme estrogen synthetase. Sperm actually has quite high levels of estrogens etc.

What I'm trying to say is that all hormons are present in both sexes. Women have excess of estrognes, while men have excess of testosteron, but to say that one or other are exclusive to either sex is wrong.
