Yes you can redownload games if you delete them

Basically all that means is... If you delete the game, you can redownload the game as long as its on THAT system however if you buy/have another system and you want to download Zelda on that system, you need to buy another copy or do a full system transfer

Its stupid that Nintendo hasn't done their account system any better but w.e.
