I've had my fair share of dealings with both, and tbh I can't decide which is worse.

Comic fanboys can be annoying sometimes. They tell me all these obscure things about superheroes that I don't care about.

Video Game fanboys are worse in my opinion.

Neither. If you guys wants to see the worse fanboys. Then they are Sports fanboys.

Comic Book debates usually involve multi universes debates (least DC wise).

I don't really care , I like both- but if it comes down to it - if I had to listen for 5 minutes to someone recapping a comic story they read, or a game they played - I'd find the comic story more entertaining.

A lot rests in the telling of said game or comic, and also how good the game/comic is - but all things being equal - I find "Eggman and Wily opened portal to a pocket dimension and called it the Skull Egg Zone, and sent Bass and Metal Sonic to kidnap Tails, Knuckles and Amy Rose" - more entertaining than - "Then I got 50 rings and opened the Warp Ring, then I cleared the bonus stage, then I had to fight Eggman again so I jumped on his head 8 times and cleared the zone".
