Boy this year is gonna be a great year due to many upcoming open world games such as Watch Dogs,Assassin Creed 4: Black Flag,Grand Theft Auto 5,Saints Row 4,The Witcher 3,ARMA III & probably Prey 2.
 

However i want you guys to think which one of the following open world game will be the best among the others !!

There is no poll.

I would go with either Witcher 3 or Assassin's Creed 4

Then it would be Infamous Second Son, GTA5, and Watch Dogs.

The quality isn't affected by the number of people who own it... There's some people out there who don't even own PS3/360 either.

Unless by "best" you mean "best selling".
