Forums - Nintendo - Headstrong Games Working On Unannounced Wii U Project

Headstrong Games, an independent video game development studio that worked on numerous titles, including The House of the Dead: Overkill, Battalion Wars 2 and New Art Academy, is working on an unannounced project for Nintendo’s new Wii U console, based on the Linkedin profile of Jo Tunstill, Associate Producer at Headstrong Games. While we don’t exactly know what the developer is working on, perhaps it’s bringing a survival horror game to Wii U, which may be what the Official Nintendo Magazine teased last week.

Battalion Wars 3 for Wii-U. Control & give orders to your squad with the touch screen, while moving your soldier with the standard controls.  Expanded online co-operative play like in BW2.

That would be one Wii-U sold to me!

Battalion Wars is an amazing game, wouldn't mind a new game in the series at all!

Nintendo and PC gamer

i really hope for survival horror whi the help of NST by Shigeki Yamashiro

While I would like another Battalion Wars or an original game, I truly believe that the Art Academy series is a potential 20 million selling title if it is executed correctly ...

I would personally build out the simulation of paint and paper (and what not) to be far more advanced, and then create a variety of art packages that had as many lessons as the DS and 3DS games did but these lessons were more focused on a particular topic. Pencil drawing, pastels, acrylic paint, watercolors, anime, comic book, graffiti, or whatever ... Nintendo should package 4 or 5 of these programs with the basic game and sell additional ones through e-shop for (something like) $10.
