Hey guys,

I don't know if you have ever heard of a website named Business Insider, if not, good for you. If so, you probably noticed how unbelievable biased these guys are. They basically praise everything Apple does and hat everything else. Sony, LG, Microsoft and even Google every now and then.

Now they really crossed a line IMO.
In this case Samsung is teasing a new TV that will be revealed at the CES early 2013 with a short and sweet video. It is a smart TV with internet connection and some cool new features which are all rumors so far. Here is how BusinessInsider decided to call the article they wrote about it:

Samsung isn't keeping its new TV plans a secret. 

Below you'll find another teaser video for its upcoming television set that will be unveiled at a big press event at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on January 7.

Samsung, LG, and others are making a big push in web-connected Smart TVs in 2013. Yes, Smart TVs are nothing new, but since everyone is expecting Apple to launch a new television product in 2013, the competition is rushing to make an Apple TV before Apple can.

Seriously, this article sounds like Samsung, LG and others (Sony) are rushing their products to the market, but the real deal will happen, once Apple unveils their new TV. For the record: Apple has never ever even released a TV before. They haven't even announced a TV. It is just a rumor and these guys already spin it in such a new direction. Crazy.
It is no secret that I don't really like Apple, but they earned their success for the most part. The iPhone was head and shoulders above the competition in 2007, but why is the media catering towards Apple in such a big way?
I just wanted to share this.

I think Business Insider is being disingenuous by implying Samsung's TV, just by being a Smart TV, somehow rips off a product that isn't even formally announced by Apple.

I made a thread mainly about the headline, it just wouldn't make sense to copy the headline and use it myself. So I summed it up, that should be okay I guess.

*edit* and my post looked so much cooler in the preview. VGC is a mess. We need some experienced webdeveloper here.
