Hes hyping his games, thats all. Neither of the machines is finalised yet and will probably be weaker than the dev kits devs would have now.

Where does he refer to PS4 or 720?
It could be WiiU and PS4 or 720 and WiiU or all three.
what does a "labels president" do and would he have even the slightest clue what "spectacular" would mean?

I think most devs don't consider the Wii U next gen so thats why he probably left it out.
In which part of the article he says Xbox 720 and PS4? He's talking about next gen system, misleading fanboy article at it's finest.
