No shocker here. Wipeout game are decent but are not a money maker. This doesnt mean the people were let go or the games are not being made. Remember this is part of sony's restructuring program. So this is no shocker there taking studios that are not making money and combining them with studios that are profitable. The bigger shocker you ask me was closing Zipper Interactive. I was really hoping for MAG 2 and a better more refined Socom game. Sony is doing what it can to cut cost where they need to.

I wonder what happened to the WipEout game that was in development. I can only hope it gets finished off somewhere else.
