 The people at Etsy.com has created a Nintendo Controller Coffee Table that works with
your NES if you want to play with it.

Etsy.com stated on their website the specs and make up of the 
Nintendo Controller Coffee Table:

Nintendo NES controller coffee table. Made from maple, mahogany and walnut with dovetail joinery and mid century modern legs.

This table fully functions as a Nintendo NES controller and can be used to play games with the glass removed. The cord is retractable from underneath. The demonstration video is currently being produced and will be posted soon on youtube and bohoworkbench.com

4 versions of the table are available to better suit various preferences and budgets. The main differences are composite materials vs premium hardwoods and functional vs nonfunctional. The composite materials version are painted to look exactly like the original controller. An inverted color scheme version is currently being designed. USB capability also available. Wii capability is currently being researched for those without an NES lying around.

Hope that is for the exotic wood model composite would have to be closer to $1000, I would hope. That said I am fairly certain I could make one of these, at least a composite one, for a couple of hundred dollars and a couple of old controllers. 

Edit: I don't mean that in disprespect to the manufacturers, it looks very well put together.

I knew somebody would call me out, lol. If I had the money and time, this would def be a project I would like to try.

A friend of mine has a wood shop and the skill to help me with something like this. Not taking away from the orig manufacturer, it is very good work.



looks cool. brings a whole new point to "co-op" games. ha ha. maybe if they made a 360 one i would. but it wouldn't look as good
