Hunt girl had a three-day hangover
A HUGE police hunt for a missing teenager was called off yesterday when she walked home in shame after a three-day hangover.
Adelle Gallen, 18, turned up safe as cops were about to launch a public appeal to find her.
They were fearful after CCTV showed her in a street with two men at 4.30am.
But it turned out she'd spent three days with a hangover from a Halloween booze-up.
Last night a source said: "It was the worst walk of shame. Everybody was hunting for her. 'Missing' posters were printed. But she had gone off with two men she didn't know and didn't contact anybody. I think police thought she'd been murdered.
"She says she was so drunk she can't remember much."
Yesterday telesales girl Adelle's mum Dawn, of Chorlton, Manchester, said: "We were very worried indeed. But thank God she is safe. She says she can't remember what happened."
