It's a game like DotA for Warcraft 3. If you have tried it great! If not, great! Go there and sign up. The game has an ingame tutorial giving you the basics on how to play and such.
Short version (For people that don't know what it is.);
2 teams fight against eachother.
5 players max per team.
There are 3 lanes that both teams fight on.
Depending on what 'mode' you get to pick a hero to level up to 25 and get skills for him.
Work with your team via communication and VOIP ingame to gank and killer opposing players.
Eventually you will get to there base and kill there 'shrine'.
