I still can't be convinced that the 360 is the clear winner in the JRPG department. It may have a slight advantage, but nothing I've seen points to the 360 as THE platform for JRPGs. Let's take a look (I'll left out bad raten games like Enchanted Arms or Operation Darkness):
360 JRPGs
Blue Dragon (not a great game, going by RPGFan)
Lost Odyssey
FF XIII
Vesperia (which probably will go to the PS3)
Star Ocean 4 (may or may not go to ps3)
Cry On (we've seen nothing)
Infinite Undiscovery
Eternal Sonata
Last Remnant
PS3
Folklore (genre is debatable)
Eternal Sonata
FFXIII
FF Versus XIII (may or may not go to 360)
Valkyria Chronicles
Disgaea 3
White Knight Story
Last Remnant
It's the 360 lineup superior? Yes. By much? No. Plus, a lot of titles haven't been anounced. Nippon said that after Disgaea they'll put their next title on the PS3. Konami hasn't said where Suikoden will go. Atlus has said where SMT will go (though they announced a SMT PS3 game in 2005, they haven't confirmed it). Level 5 may be working on Dark Cloud 3. In all, I think it's pretty early to declare a winner in the JRPG library. Surely, Microsoft improved their position compared to last gen, and Sony worsened it. but I see no reason to declare this as a battle for Microsoft yet
