(Obviously) I haven't tried the Wii MotionPlus, but from the video alone it was obvious that it was much more precise and would line-up more closely to how people expected the Wiimote to work. Certainly, it probably doesn't seem as amazing as the first time you used a Wiimote but the improved accuracy is probably fairly noticeable (and a desired improvement) to those people who have played dozens of Wii games.
