And I love how all the haters are only pointing out E3 '05 and can't say the same thing about any of the other E3s.
Santa Monica is definitely not working on Killzone2. Guerilla said they used tools from Santa Monica and Insomniac but that doesn't mean either devs are directly working on KZ2. Sony has a system in place that allows all its first party devs to share each others tools and assets across the globe. There is definitely no one from Santa Monica, CA going half way across the world to Denmark or Holland or wherever Guerilla is from so that GG can finish Killzone 2.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
