Alone in the Dark - Is it really that bad?

I liked it... :) 7.5/10 in my books. No replay value however... so rent it.

Otherwise there are some control issues and small grpahical glitches but the game looks good, plays well and sounds amazing.

Biggest con:

There is a sandbox element that appears when the game is 90% done and almost runis the whole game.

Biggest pro:

There are jawdropping scenes, boss fights and ideas never before seen in any videogame.
