All he need to do is get all his download license transfer to his new system. (If you are in the US, Target is offering $25.00 gift card rebate for the Pro system).
The title of this thread is a bit confusing, why is it the dark day for the 360? Oh don't forget to call your credit card if you have it on your Xbox Live.
