Its nice that people think ms won because of FFXIII, its more like they are trying to please japan since there sales are terrible there. All companys had there pros this year, microsft - gears and fable look great, Sony MAG 256 players, that sounds fun, and the newly announced video store that's out already ( ATHF !!!! ) nintendo - animal crossing and wii motion plus.
Maybe m$ ff announcement did steal the show, but it is not a completely new game, and it gives people to decide from " multiple discs " and possibly " installs " its all good
