Sorry to double post, but my internet is being rebellious.

Back to my situation.

I am pretty sure she heard about me going to law school and wanted to get in before I got my money hat. (yes, I know that is misuse of the term) Not that she cares about me making money, just that we both kinda fell off the wagon for a few years and were letting our dreams slip away. She ended up in Hollywood modeling and doing c-movies - she wanted to be an accountant (don't ask). I ended up owning a restaurant - I wanted to be a lawyer (again, better not to ask)

Plus, if she can put up with me being dirt poor for the next four years (read: support me while going to law school) then she deserve to get what she can in the divorce.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
