Sigh. Lets compare actual 360 vs. PS3 current numbers, for the past 3 weeks. Sound good?
| Sony | Microsoft | ||||||
| North America | PAL/Other | Japan | PS3 Totals/Wk | North America | PAL/Other | Japan | X360 Totals/wk |
| 18,560 | 24,235 | 9,815 | 52,610 | 41,612 | 20,471 | 3,825 | 65,908 |
| 18,797 | 24,967 | 11,498 | 55,252 | 44,803 | 20,255 | 3,254 | 68,312 |
| 17,770 | 24,594 | 11,587 | 53,951 | 34,623 | 19,987 | 2,978 | 57,588 |
| Total: | 161,813 | 191,808 |
Okay, so the 360 outsold the PS3 by just under 30,000 units in 3 weeks, or an average of 10,000 units, or around 17.5% more units per week, on average. I fail to see how this is good for the PS3. On the same note, X360 sales aren't good either, but by comparison, the PS3 has been out less time, and should be selling slightly more, due to European sales, since it launched recently there.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
