I think Sony did the best because they announced a lot of new games, unlike the other two.

Patapon 2
Rag Doll Kung Fu PSP
Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty
God of War III
Massive Action Game
Plus they showed off tons of already announced stuff for the end of the year (InFamous and resistance footage was great, and the LBP graphs = epic win).
