haha, I caught this too. Nowhere is it stated that the 80gb will drop to 500. That was a nice little fanboy dream spin you put on at the end.

SHOW ME WHERE IT SPECIFICALLY STATES THAT THE 80GB PS3 WILL DROP TO 499 AFTER THE STOCK OF THE 60GB CLEARS OUT.  I'm not even challenging you.  I'm just asking where you got the info from because I don't want to do the research myself, esspecially if the info isn't even out there.  If you could show me the source where you based this off of, it would clear a lot up.  Thank you.
