I don't always agree with you, but when I do I usually agree a lot.
Indeed, this has shocked people because it was the definitive proof that the PS3 suffered from Sony's many mistakes with their console strategy during this gen. MGS4 being exclusive only heightened Sony's fans feelings of the contrary, and that made for a worse fall after this announcement.
