With FFV13 likely not out till late 2010...
I'd put the chances of not coming this generation highest.
With the possibilties of Wii and DS more likely then PS3/360 just due to development time.
With PS3 not being viable console for exclusives... and a new microsoft console coming in like... 2012 at the latest?
I can't see why they'd make it PS3/360. RPGs have a longer development time over regular games as it is.
