The 360 version is going to push the game into 2011 territory depending on how long it takes SE to get the game out.
If the game launches in Japan in late 09, (most likely), sans any delay until 2010, they will then have to develop the game for the 360, which would take months on it's own, then localize the game. We may not be looking at the game until 2011 in the states.
By then, the next XBOX will be out.
The above post is pure speculation, but could easily be true.
