Disney has shown strong influence in pushing for its home games to be on the Wii. And considering the three consoles userbases, the Wii is without a doubt the best choice for KH3.
Neither the 360 nor the PS3 have a significant enough instal base in Japan to warrant a game made just for the two of them that wasn't already put into production before the Wii's surprise to the industry.
I do love the mentality of people in such threads though, "We may have lost exclusivity to FF13, but I'll be damned if the Wii gets Kingdom Hearts 3!"
