Why will final fantasy XIII multiplatform make people sell their PS3's?

actually, i'm pissed of as hell at sony to the extent of wanting to sell my ps3. BUt first, just to clariffy things, i'm not angry at FFXIII going multiplat, i'm actually glad that more people will be able to enjoy this game.  What pisses me off is the fact that I chose to pay extra cash for a PS3 believing that FFXIII will ONLY be available on that console, then here comes M$ with the announcement that FFXIII will be releasing on the XBOX360. WTF?! i spent more money on a PS3 in preparation to play this game plus sacrificing the other JRPGS which will be going to the XBOX360 just for FFXIII! 

If i'd know that FFXIII would be going multiplat, I'd have bought an XBOX360 instead which would have saved me a 100 bucks or so.

 

 

if you really want a jrpg fix, get a ds or to a lesser extent, a psp.  they have more and in many cases better jrpgs than the consoles.  if you just cared about FF, why get the ps3 now?  you could have gotten it next year, for less money, and probably gotten a slim version to boot.
