The issue isn't whether PS3 fans will still get to enjoy FFXIII, its whether they will get to enjoy other games.
The overwhelming argument was that Japanese exclusives will start to hit the PS3 once FFXIII broadens the console's fanbase. Now this won't happen. Microsoft has and will retain a strong JRPG lead over the PS3.
Thats not even mentioning the massive reduction in the console sales boost the PS3 will receive (and thereby losing associated software support).
