How much do you think Microsoft paid for FF 13 on the Box?

Nothing. I think SE really decided FF13 had to maximize it's profit potential and this was the only way to do it.

Now I think they might have agreed to let previous exclusives become timed exclusives or just straight multi-plats. (Like say Star Ocean.)

That's about it though.
