It´s engine, Crystal Tools, runs on PC and was from the beginning compatible to the ps3. With that they stroke two birds with one stone, as the engine is optimized for ps3 but also runs on PC. So really, there is no need to worry. If any version will suffer, it will be the port to Xbox360 not the PS3 and PC versions. |
I hope you're right.
In some twisted way, I want to the 360 version to be inferior due to troubles porting over the optimized PS3 verson. Not because I want 360 fans to suffer, but because that implies the PS3 version was still as good as it could be.
I'm just worried that FFXIII will be a 25 - 30 GB game to keep it on 4 DVD's, when maybe they would have made it a 50GB when it was PS3 only.
I know I'm probably overreacting here a bit and worrying too much, but you gotta understand FF is a huge deal to me from a gaming point of view.
